Bus Express · Data deletion
Use this public, authenticated route to delete your Bus Express profile even if the game is no longer installed.

Confirm the permanent action above, authenticate directly with Google and select the Google account used with Google Play Games in Bus Express. The server verifies that Google issued the player identity for this game, converts it into the same one-way link key created when the anonymous account was linked, resolves that separate random account ID and deletes only the matching profile. You do not need to reinstall Bus Express.
After the matching player identity is verified, Bright Ruin Games deletes the pseudonymous player profile, synchronised coin and booster balances, purchase entitlements stored in that profile and account-linked synchronisation operations.
A minimal cryptographic suppression marker remains so automatic Play Games sign-in does not recreate the deleted profile. It contains no economy, progress, display name, email address or player photo and is removed only if the player explicitly creates a new profile. Minimum purchase, refund, chargeback, permanent-entitlement, duplicate-prevention, fraud-prevention or legally required records may also be retained when necessary. They are restricted to those purposes and are not used for advertising or player profiling.
If your installed version shows Delete account and data under its privacy settings, that authenticated route is also available. This web route works without reinstalling the game and verifies the same Google Play Games identity.
Support at support@brightruingames.com can explain the process, but an email address alone cannot identify or prove ownership of a Bus Express profile because the service does not store player email addresses, names or raw Play Games player IDs. Never send passwords, card details, authentication codes, a full receipt or a purchase token.
Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling removes local data but does not by itself delete a linked Bright Ruin Games profile. A local-only profile for which initial Play Games verification never succeeded has no corresponding remote account. Deleting Play Games data from Google does not delete data held by Bright Ruin Games. These are separate actions.
