BRUMARA · Privacy
This policy explains how BRUMARA for Android handles local game information and privacy in the Google Play release.
Last updated on 14 August 2026
BRUMARA is published under the trade name Bright Ruin Games by Javier Nogueras Moreno in Spain. Privacy and support enquiries can be sent to contactbrightruin@gmail.com.
BRUMARA is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. The game does not create accounts, request a name or email address, provide chat or social profiles, or allow players to upload or exchange content.
Game progress, save slots, inventory, settings, accessibility choices and local gameplay records are stored only on the player's device. Bright Ruin Games does not operate a BRUMARA account, cloud-save service or remote player database. Android Auto Backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled for the game.
The current BRUMARA release does not include advertising, in-app purchases, remote analytics, remote crash reporting, behavioural tracking or a Bright Ruin Games telemetry service. It does not request precise location, contacts, photographs, camera, microphone, health information or access to files outside its own storage.
The Android application declares Internet access for its packaged web runtime, but the current game does not send player progress, identifiers or gameplay telemetry to Bright Ruin Games. Downloading, installing and updating BRUMARA through Google Play may cause Google to process account, device, diagnostic and transaction-related information under Google's own terms and privacy policy.
If a player or guardian contacts contactbrightruin@gmail.com, the message, sender address and information voluntarily included are processed only to answer the request, investigate the reported issue, protect the service or meet legal obligations. Never send passwords, payment-card details, authentication codes or sensitive personal information.
Device-only game information remains until the player deletes a save slot, clears BRUMARA storage in Android settings or uninstalls the application. Because Bright Ruin Games has no BRUMARA account or cloud save, local progress cannot be located or deleted remotely. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve and document the request or comply with law.
The declared audience begins at age 13. BRUMARA does not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. Where local law requires a parent or guardian to make privacy decisions for a teenager, that adult should review the application and this policy.
Players and guardians may contact contactbrightruin@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable. Use the subject BRUMARA PRIVACY and describe the request without sending sensitive information. Users may also contact the competent data-protection authority.
This policy may be updated if BRUMARA, its providers or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected on this page and, when appropriate, in the game or its store listing. Last updated: 15 August 2026.
